PERIODIC EMISSIONS MONITORING
On September 5th, 2008 SCAQMD Rule 1146 was amended to include required Periodic monthly (or quarterly, depending on BTU input) NOx emissions checks of Boilers and process heaters using a portable combustion analyzer. This rule change went into effect July 1st, 2009.
